Some time ago, I contacted Vanessa Santa and was provided with notes for one of the National Committee on Accreditation modules, which involved the summary of a very lengthy seminal text in that particular area of law. This was to assist me in aiding a student who was taking a course.
She responded very quickly and was entirely helpful. Not only that, but I noted that she was very kind and extremely passionate about both the law and educating others. Upon receiving and reviewing her notes, it was obvious that they were a clear, concise and complete summary of the text, in accordance with the Committee’s requirements.
Her organizational method was superb, and indexing was extremely helpful and made quick referencing simple and effective. I was concerned, initially, in relying on someone else’s notes, however, having seen them first-hand and used them, I can say without hesitation that they would be absolutely invaluable to any student writing the NCA qualifying exams.
I feel I am entitled to say this because I too was an NCA candidate and completed their exams. I believe the process would have been simpler had I had Vanessa Santa’s notes to assist me.
